Need some Help? 

Here is some advice if you are having problems getting started.

Setting up your Account

  • Click on "Sign Up" on the bar at the top of the homepage
  • If you are setting up a "personal" account, fully complete the registration form ensuring that all boxes have been filled out. Please be sure that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions then check the box.
  • If you are setting up a "business" account, click on "create a business membership" at the top of the page before filling out the application form.
  • Click on the "Join OfCourse" Button
  • You will receive an email very quickly to confirm that your registration is successful. You are then able to login and start listing your courses, programmes, training or learning opportunities. Please check your inbox and also your spam, just in case your computer doesn't recognise us to begin with.

Create a Listing

  • Ensure that you have logged in to your account at the top right hand side of the website
  • Click on "List" on the bar at the top of the homepage
  • Select the Category that your Listing best suits. eg. Health and Safety. You can also select a specific Sub-Category if you wish. eg. First Aid
  • Enter your Course Title. eg. Basic First Aid Course
  • Provide a description/ outline of your course content. Try to keep it brief enough so you don't bore people to death, but with enough detail to get them interested.
  • Enter the start and end dates and times of your course. If your course does not have a definite start and end date, just check the box next to "open enrolment" and your listing will feature with no start or finish dates. Currently, there is no expiry date on listings so you will need to delete your listing when the opportunity is no longer available.  Remember the rules, you can only list the same course ONCE at any one time. This is to avoid people bombarding our site with multiple listings of exactly the same course!
  • Enter the price of your course/training opportunity and select the period that this price covers. eg. per Person, per Hour etc. If your course is "Fees Free" or "Zero Fees" you also have the option of checking this box. If potential trainees need to contact you to find out the course prices then you can check the "contact us for price" box. Please be aware that many potential trainees prefer to see prices, so you may not get as many enquiries if you use this option.
  • Enter the location of your course by selecting a City and/or the district/s where this course is available. If your course is available Nationwide eg. Online or Correspondence you can select this is an option.
  • Enter the name of the Speaker or Trainer. eg. Your name
  • Select the Style of Delivery. eg. Classroom, Online etc
  • Add a promotional image to make your Listing "pop". This could be a photo of yourself, or an image that relates to your Listing. We have rules that apply to images. The main things to know are: You must have permission to use the image that you include with your Listing (or you could get in big trouble with the person that owns the image!). Anyone that publishes an image that we find offensive (eg. Rude, Pornographic, Discriminatory or Distasteful) will have their Listing deleted immediately and could be banned from using our website ever again!
  • Click "Submit"
  • As long as there are no problems with the information you have input, you will get a message at the top of the page that says "new course saved". Your Listing is now "live" on our website and potential clients, students and trainees will be able to view your Listing and connect with you if they are interested. You will also receive an email to confirm that your new Listing is successful. The rest is up to you!
