Uncage your potential with our newly developed Primal class.  This unique workout targets all major & minor muscle groups while engaging both the aerobic & anaerobic energy systems. Power your body with primal movements from the animal kingdom by crawling, lunging and roaring your way through a sweat-soaked 30min workout. This class isn’t for the faint-hearted.
