10 count Boxing and Fitness specialises in teaching all the fundamental boxing techniques and skills as well as group fitness and one on one training.

We cater for all ages and all fitness levels in a family friendly environment.

We run a great boxfit group boot camp style of fitness where we use tyres, sledgehammers, ropes as well as incorporating boxing type drills and exercises.

So whether you want to train in boxing, getting fit or even strength and conditioning work for any sport, then 10 count is for you!

Our classes run on a Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9:30am from Prime Fit in Upper Hutt. They are a good hour long sessions of lots of sweat and hard work, but also enjoyable with a great friendly bunch of people of all walks of life.

 Attitude is Everything!
